At Haldèn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
